The Signature Grille
The
Signature Grille welcomes the public 7 days a week and features a casual, full service
Lounge as well as an elegant
Dining Room. The Signature Grille is available for private parties,
golf outings, weddings and receptions.

The Signature Grille serves a
full
breakfast menu on Saturday morning and a Buffet Brunch on Sunday!
Enjoy your favorites including pancakes, waffles, and
omelets prepared with Chef Chris Isaacs' special touch.
Breakfast sandwiches are served from the snack bar Monday
thru Friday.
Lunch is
available every day of the week from 11:00am until 5:00pm. By
popular request, the Soup and Half Sandwich special is back!
Dinner is
served in the Dining Room and Lounge on
Friday
evenings from 5:00 until 9:00. Try Chef Chris Isaacs'
Winter
Menu
with house-made seafood, beef, chicken,
lamb and pasta dishes all for
$12.99 or less. Fresh specials change each week.
Or for a lighter meal, try
Chef's Pub Grub Menu, featuring calamari, oysters,

Weddings & Receptions
Overview
The grand circular drive entering The Signature at
West Neck creates the perfect impression for your guests.
The expansive golf course is framed by mature trees, featuring
luscious gardens and thirteen lakes. Roses, azaleas,
hydrangeas and numerous other blooming plants give the Signature a
special feel and help create the perfect backdrop for both your
Ceremony and Reception.

The Clubhouse
Our fabulous 20,000 square foot Clubhouse features a
covered verandah and a terrace with views of the golf course.
The restaurant includes a bar as well as an elegant dining room
separated by a beautiful two-sided see-thru fireplace. As
an added convenience, the clubhouse has large Men's and Ladies
locker rooms which provide the perfect changing facilities for the
wedding party.

Exquisite Catering
Award winning Chef Chris Isaacs is an alumnus of
Johnson and Wales University. His ten years of experience in
fine dining enables him to design breathtaking displays and creative
menus. The cuisine at the Signature features classic American
Regional, Italian and Pacific Rim specialties. We use only the
freshest ingredients including local seafood and produce. Let
us help you put together the perfect menu for your big day - all the
while keeping your budget and taste in mind.
