Above rates include Green Fees, Cart, Pro-Link GPS and Local and State Taxes.

Full Golf Memberships for 2010 include unlimited green fees seven days a week and full use of the practice facilities at no charge, advance tee time reservation privileges, walking privileges, discounted rates for your Guests, USGA handicapping service and a charge account.    Members receive a 20% discount on Golf Shop purchases, a 10% discount in The Signature Grille and discounted rates on golf cart rentals.  Signature Members also receive discounted green fee rates at both of our Bay Creek Resort courses.

Resident Membership fees are reserved for residents of Indian River Plantation and The Villages of West Neck.

All Signature Members and Associate Members are eligible to compete in a variety of Club tournaments including the Club Championship, The Palmer Cup and The Troon Cup Member-Guest.

Social Memberships for 2010 include a Signature charge account and   a 10% discount on Golf Shop and Grille purchases, Social Members and their guests may play a total of ten rounds of golf each year at a discounted rate.

There is no Initiation Fee and Dues are paid on an annual basis. 

Resident Membership fees are reserved for residents of Indian River Plantation and The Villages of West Neck.
